J&rsquo;ai fait du volontariat au sein d&rsquo;un tout petit h\u00f4tel au Sud du Sri Lanka, Into The Blue, tenu par Sanka. Tous les matins, \u00e0 7h, j&rsquo;y donnais des cours de yoga et le reste de la journ\u00e9e, j&rsquo;aidais Sanka \u00e0 cuisiner et je discutais avec les voyageurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je cuisinais un tas de choses, dont des energy balls, qui plaisaient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment ! Elles sont maintenant chez Paradox ! Je te donne my secret recipe :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g de dattes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70g d&rsquo;huile de coco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30g de cacao<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g de noisettes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20g de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une version encore plus coquine, tu peux ajouter quelques cuill\u00e8res de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner \u00e0 la liste !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/ Retire les noyaux des dattes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2\/ Dans le bol d\u2019un mixeur, verse l\u2019ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients : dattes, huile de coco, cacao cru, noisettes, pinc\u00e9e de sel. Mixe grossi\u00e8rement \u00e0 peine 1 minute. Il faut que la datte soit suffisamment mix\u00e9e en semoule mais que les noisettes restent en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/ R\u00e9alise des boules, roule les dans la coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e puis place les energy balls au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant d\u00e9gustation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Energy balls se conservent tr\u00e8s bien au frais dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique pendant 1 bonne semaine (elles peuvent finir par s\u2019ass\u00e9cher).
